TIES makes long-term investments in the lives of children
Sponsorship
We provide tuition assistance for private school education, after-school, and summer camps. TIES team members are dedicated to advocating for scholars and connecting them to resources and enrichment services.
Tutoring
Once a child is selected as a TIES Scholar, we provide intensive and individualized tutoring by a certified teacher. Tutoring addresses academic readiness and helps close identified achievement gaps created by socioeconomic barriers.
Mentoring
Mentoring is a way for TIES team members and volunteers to stay connected with our scholars and their families as models and guides on their academic journey. TIES provides wrap-around support through peer mentoring, peer coaching, parent coaching, and liaison services between schools and parents.
